For those of you who know me I have been fast or as I phone call it on a mode revise since my centennial this past Jan. When I started the Beaumont diet of all shakes, I set a objective for myself. And I'm Very Very Very bigheaded to tale to all of you that when I weighed in this morning I have PASSED MY GOAL! Since Jan 23rd 2007 I have vanished a entire of 103 pounds... I in due course did something right, I inactive have 3 months to go. I had no cognitive content. I mingy I could tell that I had vanished weight. I bought a few new shirts and went hair a few sizes, I had to buy all new underwear for myself. I'm so cock-a-hoop of myself exact now.

I have set other aim. If I can do what I did just now later I can state of affairs myself to other 100 pounds in a period of time. Watch out y'all cause I got a new stroll.
